Windows 10 and 11 · one purchase
SmartNotch is the lifetime bar at the top of your screen. Timers, tasks, notes, and revenue sit in a pill. Click to open. Leave, and it gets out of the way. Nothing you type is uploaded.
50 left at $4.99. Then $8.99. 24-hour trial.
The same surfaces you get in the app: a live pill, a home board, a focus timer, and a private revenue panel.

Pomodoro, a countdown, a stopwatch, and a water nudge. While one is running, the collapsed notch shows the live time so you do not have to keep the panel open.
One installer. The tools below are in the app today.
Glance at orders and MRR between builds. Read-only keys, refreshed on your machine.
One important thing for the day, supporting priorities, and a focus ring that lives in the notch.
Tasks, habits, markdown notes saved as files, and a local clipboard history you can pin.
CPU and memory on the home board, plus a system panel when you want the longer view.
Ambient sounds, a breathing timer, and a break reminder. They stay inside the notch.
Point a panel at any JSON URL, or have a script drop a metric file in ~/.smartnotch.
One-time license
The first 50 people pay $4.99. From license 51 on, it is $8.99 and it stays there. One payment. Two PCs. No expiry.
The short version of the license, the trial, and what stays on your PC.
No. You pay once. The license does not expire and it is not billed again. It can be activated on up to 2 Windows PCs.
The trial is 24 hours from the first time you open the app. When that hour count hits zero, SmartNotch locks. Timers, notes, tasks, and dashboards stay closed until you paste a license key. Buying is a one-time payment at the price shown on this page.
The first 50 verified purchases are $4.99. From the 51st purchase on, the price is $8.99 and does not go up again. The spots left are shown next to the price. A visit to the thank-you page does not use a spot.
SmartNotch is a Windows 10 and 11 app. A small notch sits at the top center of the screen. Click it for tasks, a focus timer, notes, habits, and private dashboards. Leave it and it collapses to a pill. Alt+Space toggles it. There is no Mac or phone app.
No account and no copy of your card. The buy form sends your email only long enough to open Dodo checkout. Dodo emails the license and keeps the payment record. This site stores totals: visits, downloads, and verified purchases. Tasks, notes, and API keys stay on your PC.
After payment, Dodo emails a link to the Windows installer and the license key. Install, open SmartNotch, and paste the key on the lock screen or in Settings. The same installer is what you use during the 24-hour trial.
Until a paid code-signing certificate is attached, SmartScreen can show “More info,” then “Run anyway.” The download page will list a SHA-256 checksum once a build is published so you can confirm the file.
